Presenting a special recognition award to Francis & Joan Carneal for their initiation of a matching challenge for Katrina relief donations. The Carneals offered to match up to $10,000 of member donations. Tappahannock Rotary raised over $20,000. Proceeds went 50/50 to the Red Cross and Salvation Army.
