The 2016 Tappahannock Rotary Big Croaker Tournament had an impressive 55+ boats (out of more than 80 registered) participated despite today's rain, wind, and seas. TRC thanks everyone who registered and participated from several states - including folks who drove all the way from PA and NJ! - Here is the list of this year's winners by Adult and Youth categories:
Adult: 1st Place - Son Nguyen, 1.1 pound Croaker, $2,000 prize (including a $500 bonus for registration before May 1st). Boat # 6; 2nd Place - Leonardo Garcia, $1,000 prize. Boat # 36; 3rd Place - Casey Taylor, $500 prize. Boat # 47; 4th Place - Ba Nguyen, $250 prize. Boat # 5; 5th Place - Matt Selak, $150 prize. Boat # 14
